Bahan bahan;
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan gula pasir
4 biji telur
1/2 tin susu pekat manis (390g)
1 1/2 sudu makan butter
1 sudu kecil baking soda
1 sudu kecil esen rose/esen vanilla
1 cawan air
Cara membuat;
- Gunakan periuk dan panaskan gula diatas api dan kacau sehingga hangus.
- Apabila gula sudah hangus, perlahankan api dan masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit. (pastikan anda buat dengan berhati hati kerana gula yang panas tadi akan bertindak balas dengan air yang akan anda masukkan)
- Masukkan butter dan didihkan sekejap saja. (ketepikan dan biarkan air gula tadi sejuk seketika)
- Didalam bekas yang lain pula, pecahkan telur dan pukul sehingga kembang, kemudian masukkan tepung, susu pekat dan baking soda. Pukul sehingga sebati.
- Masukkan gula yangtelah dihanguskan tadi dan kacau sampai rata dan masukan esen ros sebagai perasa.
- Tutup adunan dan perap sekurang kurangnya selama3-4 jam sebelum membakar atau megkukus. (Ini untuk menghasilkan lubang dan pori pada kek tadi. )
- Kukus selama 1jam 15 minit . sejukkan dan boleh la hidang.

Biskut Semprit
Ingredients;
3 cups corn starch
3 cups custard
1 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
250g butter
1 egg yolk
1 tea spoon vanilla essence
4 tb spoon cocoa powder
Methods;
- in a bowl beat butter, milk, egg yolk and vanilla essence.
- add in corn starch and custard then mix well.
- divide mixture into two part and the other part need to be mix with cocoa powder.
- combine two mixture into Semprit mold.
- if the dough is getting dried a while after, you can add in butter to get a smooth consistency.
- bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes in 150-170 degrees cel.

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 tb spoon cocoa powder (sieved )
1 tea spoon vanilla essence
1/2 tea spoon baking soda (sieved)
Methods;
- Beat butter, sugar and eggs until become cream followed vanilla essence.
- In another bowl combine flour, cocoa powder and baking soda and mix with the cream, stir in the milk into the batter and mix well until smooth.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes in 170 degrees cel.
For topping Ingredients ;
1/2 cup of vege shortening
1 cup icing sugar (sieved)
3 tb spoon of milk
5 tb spoon of melted blueberry cooking chocolate
Methods;
- Beat shortening and icing sugar to make a cream.
- add milk and the blueberry chocolate into the cream and beat until fluffy.
Icing Cream Recipe
Ingredients;
1/4 cup soft butter
1/4 cup vege shortening
2 cups sifted icing sugar
3 tb spoon fresh milk
1/4 cup of cream
1/2 tea spoon vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
Method;
- Beat butter, cream and vege shortening until smooth.
- Add icing sugar, salt, vanilla essence and milk.
- Blend together slowly until they become smooth and creamy.
- You can also put some color if you want, any kind depends on your need.

Ingredients;
2 cups butter
3 cups flour
1 cup corn startch
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups brown sugar
5 cups blended oatmeal (measure oatmeal & blend in blender to a fine powder)
1 cup milk powder
24 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs yolk
3 cups chopped nuts (your choice) here i used cashew nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp of milk powder
Methods;
- Cream the butter and both sugars (makna nye pukul sampai jadi krim ).
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt,baking powder, and soda.
- Add chocolate chips,and nuts.
- Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Or you can just spoon into the tray and make a natural shape of it.. bake for 10-15minutes at 170 degrees Celsius . Makes 122 cookies..
